The BigPanda Open Integration Hub along with the self-service REST API make it simple to bring together monitoring, change and topology tools so BigPanda can easily ingest alerts, then normalize and enrich them with deep contextual information. The Hub also communicates bi-directionally with collaboration solutions, including ticketing, notifications and chat tools, so IT Ops, NOC, DevOps and SRE teams are always in sync and looking at the same, up-to-date information. This centralized approach makes it easier for teams to rapidly detect, investigate and resolve incidents and outages.

Out-of-the-box monitoring integrations allow BigPanda to receive alerts from your tools for IT system, log, application, network, time series and synthetic monitoring. Many organizations start with BigPanda by integrating these systems.
Change integrations allow BigPanda to receive records from your change systems. This allows BigPanda’s Root Cause Changes capability to correlate incident alerts with infrastructure, applications or other changes that caused them.
Topology integrations ingest topology data from configuration management, cloud and virtualization management, service discovery, APM and CMDB tools to create a full-stack, always up-to-date topology model. This topology data is used for enriching your alerts in BigPanda, inferring the relationships between alerts coming from different infrastructure sources, improving the quality of event correlation, prioritizing incidents and understanding the impact of incidents.
Collaboration integrations allow you to automate common incident management steps and share incidents from BigPanda with your co-workers using other systems. For example, BigPanda can create tickets with the service desk, notify on-call staff or update running incidents with comments from other teams using different tools.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations can manage your organization’s entire BigPanda membership via a third-party identity provider (IdP). When SSO is configured for an organization, all authentication requests into BigPanda are routed through the IdP of the customer’s choice.
If a BigPanda integration is not currently available out-of-the box for a particular tool, BigPanda’s self-service REST API allows anyone to build custom integrations for nearly any data source.
