Before founding BigPanda, Assaf was an investor at Sequoia Capital, where he focused on early and growth-stage investing in software, internet, and mobile sectors.

Assaf’s time at Sequoia gave him a front-row seat to the challenges of IT scale, complexity, and velocity faced by Operations teams in rapidly scaling and accelerating organizations. This is the problem that Assaf founded BigPanda to solve.

Assaf holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley. He lives in Northern California with his wife and three children.

A highly experienced finance executive, Ed brings decades of expertise to BigPanda. Ed was previously CFO at Pindrop and Lever, where he led general functions and GTM operations.

As a vice president at Box and at Salesforce, he played instrumental roles in the growth of both companies. At Salesforce, he rose to vice president of finance, leading corporate and strategic planning during its growth from $300 million to $5.4 billion in revenue.

Ed held positions at Williams-Sonoma, Safeway, Tradaq, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from U.C. Davis and enjoys traveling with his family and coaching youth sports.

Caitlin has over two decades of experience in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to BigPanda, driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

With a passion for cultivating high-performing teams and nurturing talent, Caitlin ensures employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their potential. Her strategies have led to innovative employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention programs. Most recently Head of People at Sendbird for four years, she held similar roles at Stella & Dot and Retail Next. Caitlin has a bachelor’s degree from Scripps College and enjoys time with her husband and three kids.

Fred is dedicated to driving innovation and collaboration, building trusted customer partnerships, creating product roadmaps, and empowering individuals to achieve the extraordinary. He leads product strategy, product management, product marketing, and user experience teams at BigPanda.

Previously at Cloudera, a hybrid data cloud company for enterprise analytics and machine learning, Fred served as senior vice president of product management and scaled the business from $300 million to nearly $1 billion in annual revenue.

As architect and director of product management at Bytemobile, his innovative strategies increased revenue by 200%. At Citrix, he revamped the service-provider product development lifecycle, boosting customer adoption by 200%.

From starting his career as a United States Marine Corps helicopter pilot to becoming the CIO of BigPanda, Jason brings skill and professionalism to any situation regardless of scale, speed, or complexity.

Jason is driven to help customers accelerate their AIOps journey by leveraging BigPanda's practical applications to enhance operations performance and ignite transformative growth. He previously served as BigPanda field CTO and then as chief customer officer.

Jason spent 10 years at Activision-Blizzard, leading its ITOps transformation to support multiproduct, always-online global gaming services with an AIOps-driven centralized OpsCenter. His positive experience as a BigPanda customer there convinced him to become a Panda himself.

With previous leadership roles at Sisense and Nice, Leon has been pivotal in driving growth and transitioning products to high-scale, cloud-based platforms.

As SVP of Engineering and SVP of Delivery at Sisense, he successfully scaled the Engineering department across multiple locations, propelling revenue from $10M to over $100M ARR. At Nice, as VP of R&D, he spearheaded strategic initiatives including establishing a remote R&D center and revamping the architecture.

Leon holds a master’s degree in computer science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Reichman University. Leon enjoys sports, reading sci-fiction literature, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Oded brings more than two decades of experience in technology leadership to BigPanda. As a co-founder of Zerto, he played a pivotal role as CTO and Chief Architect. He was central to the creation and technical strategy of the Zerto IT Resilience Platform, steering its development to address the evolving requirements of global businesses. Following Zerto’s acquisition by HPE, Oded contributed as the vice president of engineering.

Prior to Zerto, Oded held engineering leadership roles at Kashya (acquired by EMC), EMC, and Expand Networks. His career characterizes his dedication to innovating enterprise infrastructure with a consistent focus on upholding exceptional quality standards.

Sun’s marketing leadership is a rare combination of analytical depth and creative brilliance. She is igniting BigPanda’s go-to-market engine.

She revitalized branding and messaging at Sisu Data as its CMO. She used a visionary approach as vice president of marketing at Pure Storage and SurveyMonkey. She led SurveyMonkey’s radical rebrand and contributed to a successful IPO.

Sun holds a BFA from the Art Center College of Design and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. She is an advisor to Gyaan, a revenue platform. Beyond work, Sun spends time with her family and searches for the best fried chicken and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tom joined BigPanda in March 2024. Prior to joining BigPanda, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Coveo — a publicly traded SaaS company that provides AI-powered search, recommendations, and personalization for customer service and e-commerce — from April 2019 to February 2024.

Tom leads the entire BigPanda sales organization and brings more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience. He has led high-performing teams at software companies delivering AI, big data, customer service, generative AI, and e-commerce solutions to customers worldwide. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Ohio.
