Assaf Resnick is the CEO and co-founder of BigPanda. Prior to founding BigPanda, Assaf was an investor at Sequoia Capital, where he focused on early and growth stage investing in software, internet and mobile sectors. Assaf’s time at Sequoia gave him a front row seat into the challenges of IT scale, complexity and velocity that Operations teams faced within companies that were rapidly scaling and accelerating. This is the problem that Assaf founded BigPanda to solve.
Assaf Holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He lives in Northern California with his wife and three children.
Elik Eizenberg discovered the power of data processing algorithms in the Israeli Intelligence Service, where he led the development of highly-scalable data pipelines. Pursuing his passion for data processing, Elik moved into the financial sector, where he designed and implemented autonomous trading algorithms for a hedge fund.
In both environments, Elik experienced firsthand how machine learning can be utilized in a highly pragmatic way that results in tangible business value. This was in stark contrast to the hyperbole and exaggeration commonly found in machine-learning vendors’ marketing material.
Elik, co-founded BigPanda with a vision for enabling companies to pursue fully autonomous IT operations. He remains fanatically pragmatic in his approach to designing machine learning systems.
Bryan Dell is currently the Chief Revenue Officer of BigPanda where he is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Marketing and Customer Success.
Before joining BigPanda, Bryan was the VP of Sales for the Western US region at AppDynamics. At AppDynamics, Bryan drove substantial revenue and team growth as the company transformed through the Cisco acquisition.
Prior to AppDynamics, Bryan held a number of sales leadership roles at Medallia, from the RVP of Sales for Southwestern US to the VP of Sales for the Western US. During this time, Medallia grew from $70M to over $200M in recurring revenue. He has also held sales leadership positions at CA Technologies and Quest Software. Before getting into the software industry, Bryan was in the financial space; his stints there included being a licensed stock broker, a mortgage broker and a professional day trader.
Bryan is a native of NJ where he grew up and graduated from Rutgers University. He now lives in Orange County, CA with his wife and family.
Jason leads the Customer Success team, focused on fast, effective onboarding of customers to the BigPanda platform and lasting relationships with customer based on continued value realization. Jason's passion is around accelerating customers on their AIOps journey, with a focus on practical applications of BigPanda to meaningfully improve operations performance, efficiency, and quality of life. He's a strong believer in Operations as a strategic function in large enterprises.
Jason started his career as a helicopter pilot in the US Marines, which prepared him for the scale, speed, and complexity of global digital services that he would support at Activision-Blizzard. Over a 10-year period, Jason led Blizzard's IT Operations transformation to support multi-product, always-online global gaming services with an AIOps-driven centralized OpsCenter that provided 24/7 monitoring and incident management across corporate and production services.
Matt Morgan is an innovative senior people leader with experience across multiple industries including market research, streaming music and fintech software. Over his 20+ year career, Matt has focused on helping leaders achieve their goals through people, and turn their business strategy into people strategy.
A recruiter for 10 years, Matt brings passion, urgency and thoughtfulness to his work leading teams in People Operations. Most recently Matt led People Operations at Blend, a LinkedIn Top Company in 2017 and an Inc. Best Place to Work in 2019, where he led the scaling of the company from 90 employees to over 400 in three years, helping to quadruple the company’s valuation.
Prior to Blend, Matt led HR at Pandora during a time of massive scaling. Prior to that, Matt was a VP of Human Resources at The Nielsen Company, leading HR for the company’s digital properties.
Robert Sison is the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for BigPanda’s financial management and operational effectiveness. Robert has nearly 30 years of accounting and finance experience spanning across different industries, including enterprise security, video games, and semiconductors.
Before joining BigPanda, Robert served as Vice President of Finance for Tanium Inc. Prior to his role there, he was with Electronic Arts for 10 years, where he covered a multitude of responsibilities including Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Finance and Accounting. He started his career as a public accountant with Deloitte and Touche.
Robert holds an Accounting degree and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Avi Kedar is BigPanda’s VP R&D and General Manager of the Tel Aviv site.
Avi has worked in some of the best R&D organizations in Israel including the Israeli Intelligence 8200 Unit, homeland security company Logic Industries, and Conduit.
Before joining BigPanda Avi led a team of over 50 engineers at Gett (a ride-sharing unicorn operating mostly outside of the US). Avi’s team built several data-heavy mobile and SaaS products while employing bleeding-edge technologies and methodologies. Professionally, Avi is passionate about distributed systems architecture, great consumer products, and data-driven SaaS. Avi lives in Ramat Gan, together with his husband Eliel.
Rehm Kharal is the VP of Global Enablement at BigPanda. She joined the company to scale enablement, working with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Product Marketing and Customer Success to develop customer, field and channel enablement experiences. Prior to joining BigPanda, Rehm was Global Director of Sales Enablement at Rubrik where she ran Enterprise, Public Sector, and SDR enablement.
Rehm started on the sales side at Lloyds of London. After moving to Silicon Valley, she joined Cisco Systems where she led the value engineering team and helped launch the John Chambers Customer Experience Center. Later, Rehm joined AppDynamics as Senior Enablement Manager.
Rehm leads the Women In Tech initiative at BigPanda. She has been a troop leader for over 14 years for the Girl Scouts of America and also received the Drum Major President's Service Award from Barack Obama for her work with schools, police departments and hospitals in dispelling bias against minority communities.
Before joining BigPanda in 2018, Paul was the Area Director of Sales for AppDynamics where he led the SouthWest US region. At AppDynamics Paul built a team that drove growth for the organization during the Cisco acquisition and subsequent transformation.
In the years previous, Paul led Sales teams at Medallia in the West, building multiple teams and helping drive significant growth as the company matured from early stage startup to over $200M in revenue. Prior to leading teams, Paul held Sales roles at Medallia, CA Technologies, and Quest Software, where he focused on new revenue development and acquisition. Prior to his career in software Paul spent years as a Financial Advisory at Smith Barney Citigroup managing high net worth portfolios for business owners and executives.
Paul was born in Poland, moving to the United States in the 1980’s and acquiring US citizenship. He graduated from Chapman University and resides in Orange County, CA with his wife and daughter.
Mohan Kompella is the Vice President of Product Marketing at BigPanda, where he's responsible for BigPanda's positioning and messaging, product launches, analyst relations, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, product and solution content, and thought leadership.
Mohan has 20+ years of Enterprise B2B software experience. He spent 15 of those in IT operations. Mohan got his start in IT operations as a hands-on engineer deploying IT Ops and monitoring tools for F1000 enterprises on the east coast. He then moved into pre-sales engineering where he helped architect and sell IT operations platforms to the F1000. That's when he fell in love with marketing, product marketing and product management, and hasn't looked back since. Prior to BigPanda, Mohan led product marketing for Lightbend, the company behind the open-source Scala and Akka projects.
Mohan has a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Madras, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Cari Jaquet is the head of marketing at BigPanda, responsible for ensuring the alignment and delivery of strategic marketing around key corporate initiatives and revenue targets.
With a 20-year track record of results-oriented programs and innovative marketing strategies, Cari oversees all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs, including PR, analyst relations, web, social, digital and channel marketing.
Cari prides herself on managing high-performing and happy teams who build tight relationships with the field and deliver bottom line results for the business. Prior to BigPanda, Cari was the Vice President of Marketing driving integrated programs for Rimini Street, Paxata, SAP, Hyperion and Cisco.
Shai Israel is the VP of Product Management of BigPanda. He has nearly 15 years of experience designing and building technology products in various sectors.
Shai’s approach to product design combines a deep passion for user experience and comprehensive technological knowledge. As one of BigPanda’s very first employees, Shai has worked closely with most of BigPanda’s customers.
Before joining BigPanda, Shai held technology, development, and IT operations leadership roles in several companies, including six years in an elite technological unit of the Israeli Defence Forces.
Shai holds a B.A degree in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel. He lives in Israel with his wife and son.
Eyal Efroni (Shmeff) is the VP of Customer Success of BigPanda. He is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and experience, and as part of that owns Professional Services, Support, CSMs and Product Integrations.
As the second BigPanda employee, he had the opportunity to work with all our various customers and see how we can best leverage and grow our platform to meet their desired outcomes.
Before BigPanda, Shmeff spent 5 years in multiple start-ups, leading their operations, development and Professional Services teams. Before that, Shmeff was 6 years in the Israeli Intelligence Unit where he developed high throughput and scalable systems and owned their day to day operations.
He is passionate about innovation and making ideas a reality by working together in multi discipline teams.
Irit Amrami supports the business with strategic HR activities and support. Her greatest strengths are around building teams that scale and drive business results. At BigPanda, Irit has built a strong and cooperative R&D staff who can cope with the scale-up challenges, giving special attention to the culture and organizational health.
Prior to joining BigPanda, Irit worked on the People team at Gett where she supported 250 engineers in Israel and Russia. She also held several HR roles at HP Software. Irit graduated with a Masters in Bio-Medical and Engineering degree from Tel Aviv University and a BS in Communication Networks Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
