What are professional services?
BigPanda Professional Services help streamline and accelerate the rollout of an organization’s BigPanda solution. We have a package to suit every enterprise’s needs—whether your BigPanda deployment encompasses the entire IT environment or a partial solution for a subset of a team now, with plans to roll it out to your broader IT team in the future. Choose from Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Custom Professional Services Packages based on your immediate and long-term strategy, the complexity of the environment, and the organization’s unique operational processes. Each package is tailored to the stage the company is at in its growth and with their BigPanda rollout.
Which package is right for you?
Each BigPanda Professional Services Package is backed by our world-class team of IT Operations subject matter experts, who are committed to cultivating a Lifetime Partnership with organizations and their teams. We offer four levels of Professional Services Packages:
Ideal for a smaller BigPanda implementation in a less complex environment (or a subset of a larger IT environment), requiring integration with mostly standard IT tools and minimal customization.
Designed for more complex IT environments that call for both standard integrations and some custom integrations, with the need for additional help from BigPanda experts.
Platinum levels are for mature, highly complex IT operations with a wider range of IT tools that require customization and deeper involvement on the part of our team.
Custom services are for IT operations teams who have a highly complex environment, home-grown applications that need to be integrated or highly-customized processes being refined.

A few definitions
Integrations
- Inbound: For tools that will be sending information to BigPanda. Our ever-growing library of robust out-of-the-box integrations are straightforward, fast, and easy to implement. Custom integrations are built from the ground up by BigPanda as needed.
- Outbound: Enables BigPanda to send and, in some cases, receive information and intelligence from collaboration and notification tools for faster escalation.
- Incident management: Bi-directional integration with ticketing tools to facilitate speedy.
Enrichment
Connects BigPanda to existing topology, asset, and configuration management sources to enrich incoming alerts—from flat files (CSV or Microsoft Excel) or CMDB, or wherever information about your hardware and software assets is stored. Enrichment can be out-of-the-box or custom.
Reporting
Transitions silo-ed event management reporting to help organizations visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance and uncover potential hot spots that can guide them toward improving their operational efficiencies. Our out-of-the-box reporting provides a variety of options to meet the specific needs of an organization.
Kickoff
Begins with a two-day engagement, where we set up working sessions with the team.
Comprehensive training
Gets your team up to speed on BigPanda so they can detect, investigate, and resolve IT issues more efficiently and effectively.
Project Manager*
Leads the implementation, communicates project status, and ensures on-time, on-budget completion and delivery.
IT Operations Consulting
Focuses on meaningful improvements to your operations and best practices to help optimize incident management and data usage and accelerate your business growth. We uncover the gaps and show you how to be more effective in monitoring and ticketing automation so you can make better use of your tools and improve efficiencies through automation.
