Why AIOps?

Since 2016, our annual monitoring and IT Ops surveys have been providing valuable perspectives on the monitoring and IT Operations industry.

With over 1500 monitoring and IT Ops professionals across a wide range of verticals participating every year, BigPanda’s surveys have delivered valuable, trustworthy insights into some the most pressing challenges and trends in the monitoring and IT Ops industry. 

While previous years’ surveys focused primarily on the monitoring landscape, this year we’ve widened it to include the broader aspects of IT Operations – and address the burning question of how enterprises are handling (or planning to handle) the implementation of AIOps (aka AI & ML-powered IT Ops).

The Focus of This Survey

In this survey, we focus on three important questions:
