At BigPanda, HEART represents our core values, which guide how we work, collaborate, and serve our customers daily. HEART stands for Hunger, Extreme ownership, Active transparency, Relentless customer focus, and one Team (HEART).

We strive to live by these principles in every project, meeting, and interaction.

The BigPanda core values spell out HEART, representing hunger, extreme ownership, active transparency, relentless customer focus, and one team.

Each year, we celebrate the remarkable Pandas who embody these values to the fullest. These colleagues demonstrate unshakable drive, take ownership, share openly and honestly, keep customers at the center of every decision, and work seamlessly across teams to achieve great things.

HEART Awards are more than recognition. They celebrate the spirit that makes BigPanda the company it is. By honoring those who live and breathe HEART daily, we acknowledge their contributions and inspire all of us to raise the bar and keep building a workplace where HEART leads the way.

As part of the award, each of our winners selected a non-profit organization for BigPanda to donate to on their behalf. These contributions reflect our commitment to giving back to the communities that are most important to our Pandas.
