Rob Pickering is Field CTO at BigPanda, where he works with CIOs and platform leaders to modernize IT operations and apply AI in complex enterprise environments. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformations.

Before joining BigPanda, Rob was Vice President of Global ServiceNow Platforms at Stellantis, leading a platform organization supporting 500,000 employees, dealers, and suppliers. Previously, he spent nine years at ServiceNow in leadership roles spanning customer success transformation, innovation, and enterprise transformation.
