BigPanda Subprocessor, Subcontractor, and Subsidiaries

To support the delivery of our Service, BigPanda, Inc. (“BigPanda” “we” or “our”) may engage and use third-party data processors (each, a “Subprocessor“) with access to Customer Personal Data as defined in applicable data protection laws, also referred to as “Personal Information, ””PI,” “PII,” “Personal Data” (collectively known as “Personal Data”). Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the agreement between Customer and BigPanda for the provision of the Service (the “Agreement”).

BigPanda Subprocessors

A sub-processor is a third-party vendor contracted to provide processing activities on behalf of BigPanda in connection with the delivery of our services. Our sub-processors support specific functions such as cloud hosting, data storage, and/or analytics. BigPanda only shares the minimum necessary data with sub-processors, and strictly within the scope of services they are contracted to provide.

Each sub-processor is subject to contractual obligations, including data protection terms and security requirements, to ensure alignment with applicable laws and BigPanda’s data protection commitments.

Microsoft Azure OpenAI	Cloud Service Provider: Used to support AI-driven capabilities such as language understanding and text analytics, enabling BigPanda to enhance automation and contextual insights within its platform.	US
MongoDB, Atlas Service	Cloud Service Provider: Used to provide managed cloud database services, supporting the secure storage, processing, and scalability of application data within the BigPanda platform.	US
Neo4j, AuraDB Service	Cloud Service Provider: Used to provide managed graph database services, enabling the storage and analysis of relationship-based data to support advanced analytics and application functionality within the BigPanda platform.	US
Google Cloud, Vertex AI Service	Cloud Service Provider: Used to support AI-driven capabilities such as language understanding, generative responses, and machine learning analytics, enabling BigPanda to deliver enhanced automation and contextual insights across the platform.	US
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Generative AI Service	Cloud Service Provider: Used to support AI-driven capabilities such as language understanding, generative responses, and machine learning analytics, enabling BigPanda to deliver enhanced automation and contextual insights across the platform. ClickHouse Cloud	Cloud Service Provider: Used to support high-speed storage and querying of operational data flowing into BigPanda’s AI Detection and Response capabilities, enabling BigPanda to deliver enhanced detection accuracy and faster contextual insights across the platform.	US

Subprocessors BigPanda (Customer Opt-in Features)

Note: The following subprocessors are applicable only if the customer elects to use the BigPanda AI Incident Assistant opt-in AI features. These services are optional and not enabled by default. Subprocessors supporting these features are engaged solely in connection with their use.

BigPanda Subcontractors

A subcontractor is a third-party organization contracted to perform a specific task that supports the delivery, maintenance, or enhancement of BigPanda’s services such as technical operations, customer support, or professional services. BigPanda provides only the minimum necessary access and permissions required to perform the tasks defined within the scope of services they are contracted to provide.

Subcontractors are subject to contractual obligations, including data protection terms and security requirements, to ensure alignment with applicable laws and BigPanda’s data protection commitments.
