What are the minimum requirements for purchasing the BigPanda platform and products?
BigPanda offers enterprise organizations tiered credit plans, starting at 20,000 credits, with a one- to three-year commitment. Contact us for additional details and pricing.
Do we have to purchase all platform products?
You can purchase and use BigPanda AI Incident Prevention, BigPanda AI Detection and Response, and BigPanda AI Incident Assistant independently or in any combination, and add additional products as needed. BigPanda L1 Agent requires the use of BigPanda AI Detection and Response.
Can we use our credits for any BigPanda platform product?
Yes, BigPanda credit plans are platform-level capacity, not product-specific. BigPanda offers cross-product flexibility, with a single credit pool spanning all BigPanda products. Once you understand the math, a credit is a credit, usable across any product on the platform. Every product you license reflects usage against a unified capacity. Credits shift between AI Incident Prevention, AI Detection and Response, L1 Agent, and AI Incident Assistant as operational needs evolve—no renegotiation or separate budgets required.
How do we determine which credit plan is right for our organization?
BigPanda uses a hybrid subscription pricing model with tiered credit plans, giving you predictability up front and visibility into the usage that drives value. Each product uses a small set of inputs from your existing ITOps environment to size the right credit plan for you.
Each plan provides annual capacity up to your tier’s credit limit—not a fixed balance that counts down to zero. The model is built for flexibility: You meter against capacity throughout the year, with clear checkpoints to right-size your plan as your usage evolves.

Does BigPanda offer multi-year commitments?
Yes, BigPanda offers one-, two-, and three-year commitment options.
How can we monitor our credit usage?
BigPanda makes usage metrics visible to you via a unified analytics dashboard and ties them to the outcomes you actually care about, creating an ongoing conversation about value.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused credits do not carry forward. However, you can use your remaining credits for any BigPanda platform product.
Can existing customers on a non-credit-based pricing model move to the credit-based model?

Do you offer POV assessments?
Yes, BigPanda offers proof-of-value (POV) assessments. A BigPanda account executive and engineer will work with you to define a POV model for your business needs, assist in any pre-kickoff security approvals, and assist in the POV assessment process. Most POV assessments take about four weeks to complete. Contact us to schedule a POV assessment.
