Assaf Resnick is the founder and CEO of BigPanda, where he leads the company's vision to automate the $250 billion market for enterprise IT operations. Under his leadership, BigPanda is defining Agentic ITOps: a team of connected agents grounded in a continuously learning IT Knowledge Graph, replacing the manual, error-prone, outsourced work that has kept IT operations slow and expensive for decades. 

Before founding BigPanda, Assaf was an investor at Sequoia Capital, where he watched enterprises rebuild every layer of their technology stack except the one responsible for operating it. He left to build that layer.

Ed Tang is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at BigPanda, where he leads the financial and operating discipline required to scale the business. He brings extensive experience in building finance, strategic planning, and go-to-market operations at high-growth software companies.

Previously, Ed served as CFO at Pindrop and Lever. At Box, he served as Vice President of Strategic Finance and GTM Operations, playing an integral role leading up to the company's IPO and for several years thereafter. While at Salesforce, he rose to Vice President of Finance and helped lead corporate and strategic planning as the company grew from $300 million to over $5 billion in revenue. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Williams-Sonoma, Safeway, Tradaq, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tom Melzl is Chief Revenue Officer at BigPanda, where he leads the global sales organization and helps enterprise customers understand and realize the value of Agentic ITOps. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading sales and revenue teams in enterprise software.

Before joining BigPanda, Tom was Chief Revenue Officer at Coveo, where he led revenue efforts for an AI-powered SaaS platform serving customer service and e-commerce organizations. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and taken complex technology solutions to customers worldwide.

Scott Brown is Chief Customer Officer at BigPanda, where he leads the customer organization and helps enterprises turn operational intelligence into measurable business value. He brings extensive experience across customer success, professional services, account management, education services, and support.

Scott previously served as Chief Customer Officer at SecureAuth and FaceFirst. At BigPanda, he works with customers to modernize IT operations, accelerate adoption, and build the capabilities required for sustained success with Agentic ITOps.

Caitlin Davis is Chief People Officer at BigPanda, where she leads the people strategy and organizational capabilities required to scale a high-performing enterprise software company. Her work spans talent, leadership development, organizational design, and the systems that help teams execute through growth and change.

Caitlin brings more than two decades of experience in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy. Before joining BigPanda, she was Head of People at Sendbird and held people-leadership roles at Stella & Dot and RetailNext.

Leon Gendler is General Manager of Israel and Head of Engineering and Research and Development at BigPanda. He leads the engineering organization responsible for building and scaling the platform that powers BigPanda’s operational intelligence and Agentic ITOps capabilities.

Previously, Leon served in engineering and delivery leadership roles at Sisense and NICE. At Sisense, he scaled engineering across multiple locations as the company grew from $10 million to more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue. At NICE, he delivered enterprise-grade call center software at scale to Fortune® 1000 customers such as Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Kaiser Permanente.

Tal Kain is Vice President and General Manager of AI Detection & Response and L1 Agent at BigPanda. He brings an operator’s perspective to the company’s product strategy, shaping solutions that help enterprises reduce manual triage and move toward more autonomous, coordinated operations.

Tal co-founded and led Velocity as CEO, building technology to automate the work of running production systems and make it easier for organizations to deploy, recover, and stay up. At BigPanda, he works closely with customers and prospects to turn the realities of L1 and NOC workflows into focused product direction.

Alex Page is General Manager of Incident Assistant and Incident Prevention, BigPanda’s Biggy product line, where he leads the engineering team building AI agents that investigate, resolve, and prevent incidents for Fortune®️ 500 operations teams. He brings an engineer’s, product leader’s, and operator’s perspective to BigPanda’s AI strategy and is a named inventor on four BigPanda patents.

An experienced engineer focused on mission-critical systems, Alex has worked with large language models, retrieval, and multi-agent systems since Biggy's earliest days. Previously, he led technical pre-sales engineering at BigPanda and CA Technologies. He works closely with customers to understand how incidents are handled in practice, then turns those insights into focused product direction that helps enterprises move toward more autonomous, coordinated operations.
