What’s something people would be surprised to know about you?

I love activities that get my adrenaline pumping. Skydiving? Check. Cliff Jumping? Check. I’m always ready for my next adventure!!

What was your very first job?

When I was 16 years old, I started my first job as a Sales Rep for State Farm Insurance. My friend’s mom had her own agency, and when she recruited me to join her team, she said I had a knack for sales. Funny enough, sales has been my chosen career path from that point on.

How would you describe your current job to your friends or family?

I speak with IT Ops professionals and learn about the struggles they encounter in their role, and how it impacts them day-to-day. If I believe our solution can help fill some of those gaps and can make their life easier, then we schedule a meeting. The key to success in my role is listening. I don’t create pain, I find it and then help begin the process of eliminating it.

How would you describe what BigPanda does?

We’ve all had a moment where we’re trying to make a purchase digitally, but for some reason it won’t go through, no matter how many times we try. We get frustrated, and we either wait to try again later or we look to see if we can make the purchase elsewhere. BigPanda essentially helps prevent scenarios just like that. We enable enterprises to reduce their downtime and improve their overall customer digital experience by utilizing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. We keep them up and running, so their customers don’t go up and running. Ha! See what I did there?

What is your best memory of BigPanda?

We have had some amazing company events, activities and get-togethers, but one of my fondest memories to date will always be when we went to K1 Speed for an SDR team event last year. It’s always great to spend time with the team, but it’s even better when you come in 1st place!! #LovetheTeam #LoveBigPanda #Love2Win
