A seasoned customer success and operations executive, Scott has extensive experience in professional services, education services, account management, and support.
Scott is relentlessly customer-focused. He previously served as CCO at SecureAuth and FaceFirst before joining the executive leadership team at BigPanda. His expertise and experience will help our customers transform their IT operations and accelerate their AIOps success.
Scott holds degrees from Loyola Marymount University and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he earned his MBA. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and his three adult children, traveling, and playing competitive tennis.
