Assaf Resnick is the founder and CEO of BigPanda, where he leads the company’s vision to automate the $250 billion market for enterprise IT operations. Under his leadership, BigPanda is defining Agentic ITOps: a team of connected agents grounded in a continuously learning IT Knowledge Graph, replacing the manual, error-prone, outsourced work that has kept IT operations slow and expensive for decades.
Before founding BigPanda, Assaf was an investor at Sequoia Capital, where he watched enterprises rebuild every layer of their technology stack except the one responsible for operating it. He left to build that layer.
