Caitlin has over two decades of experience in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to BigPanda, driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
With a passion for cultivating high-performing teams and nurturing talent, Caitlin ensures employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their potential. Her strategies have led to innovative employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention programs. Most recently Head of People at Sendbird for four years, she held similar roles at Stella & Dot and Retail Next. Caitlin has a bachelor’s degree from Scripps College and enjoys time with her husband and three kids.
