Venkat Balasubramanian
Venkat Balasubramanian brings over 20 years of industry experience to his role as Chief Product Officer at BigPanda, and has a proven track record of building and scaling world-class products for enterprise IT teams.
Prior to joining BigPanda, Venkat served as Senior Vice President of Product Management and GM for Freshservice at Freshworks. He led global, cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and go-to-market execution, growing annual recurring revenue across 18,000 global customers by 100X to $500M in ARR.
Venkat holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the NYU Stern School of Business and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Virginia Tech.
