Joanna Johnston

Joanna Johnson joins BigPanda as Chief Customer Officer with extensive customer experience expertise and a proven track record in driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Joanna’s career spans 24 years in digital transformation, beginning with leadership roles in technical marketing and product management within HP’s multi-billion dollar printer organization. Following HP, Joanna joined ServiceNow pre-IPO and led the build-out of its customer insights and analytics team, services strategy and innovation and GTM readiness functions. Most recently, Joanna was the VP of Americas Professional Services at Snowflake, leading the growth of Professional Services from $0 to $80M in revenue, contributing to a successful IPO in 2021.

Joanna’s qualifications include a B.S. in Science, an MBA from the University of Oregon, and additional education from Harvard University and Stanford University. Known for her strategic vision, leadership, and ability to drive transformative changes, she excels in aligning people, systems, and strategy.
