Here at BigPanda, we maintain a comprehensive and technically informative knowledgebase to help make our customers successful with the platform. Still, our old documentation site was overdue for an overhaul. It was time for a new BigPanda documentation site.
So we’re pleased to announce the launch of BigPanda Docs!
We’ve revamped and reorganized our product documentation from the ground up to provide a more intuitive user experience. No more deeply nested pages and trees! Customers (and any interested party, really) can now search and access required reference information quickly and painlessly. Thanks to a responsive layout, the Docs site is now mobile friendly. Finding the answers you need is now easier than ever.
BigPanda Documentation is organized into Docs; and API Reference sections.
The Docs area includes an introductory Getting Started section as well as feature guides such as Incident Management, an Integrations; section, Support information and additional resources such as Quick Reference Guides and a Glossary of terms.
BigPanda is the most open, interoperable machine learning platform on the planet for IT Service Operations. The platform features 60+ integrations out of the box to popular monitoring and notification tools. For everything else, we provide open APIs to support any customer environment.
Attention developers! Check out the all-new API Reference section that conveniently lists parameter table details, code example commands and responses for each of our custom APIs. It starts with guidance on REST integrations, our Alerts API for custom integration to your monitoring system of choice, and our Incidents API to talk to ITSM ticketing and collaboration systems. In addition, we are currently beta testing two new open APIs: an Enrichments API for adding contextual data to enrich alerting, and a Plans API to allow for suppression of events due to scheduled maintenance windows.
