What did you do before BigPanda?

At my last position, I worked as a project manager. This included the characterization, planning and deployment of complex environments according to customer needs.

What was your favorite part about your experience in those fields?

My favorite part was the planning. Before every project, I had to plan every step carefully, setting goals and milestones before executing.

What led you to be interested in BigPanda?

I actually heard about BigPanda from my brother! He has been in the industry for years, and he was the one who suggested that I should send in my resume. He said that he had heard that BigPanda is really supportive and the employees all had a really kind nature. To be honest, I’m not sure how he knew all this, but he completely nailed it! We have the most supportive environment.

What do you enjoy the most about your career now?

I truly joined the company at the best time. We have a great product and are growing rapidly. I can really feel the excitement, motivation and inspiration the team all shares! You can feel it in the office. The best part of BigPanda to me personally is that every new idea and opinion is taken very seriously and appreciated. It’s a safe space to really speak your mind and offer new solutions—and you know your voice is being heard.

How do you find balance between work, your home and your professional life?

I try to stay active as much as I can! I work out every day of the week and travel during the weekends. Movement is so important.

What’s one of your superpowers?

I like to think of myself as a calming presence. I love finding a creative solution to a super complex issue, all while maintaining a calm and peaceful demeanor. I don’t get flustered easily.
